LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Michael Jackson fan clubs are revolting against a tribute show for the late pop star after promoters added the rock band Kiss to the concert lineup
The fan clubs are objecting because during interviews just days after Jackson's death, Kiss member Gene Simmons spoke about his suspicions that Jackson was a pedophile.
Promoters said they were unaware of Simmons' statements when they booked Kiss for the show.
Several fan clubs are now calling for a boycott of "Michael Forever: The Tribute Concert," which is scheduled to take place on Oct.8 in Cardiff, Wales.
